Welcome to ZAIDOUR. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, including Marketing/Sales/Operational Software, Media Management, Web Development, and AI Integration. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

During registration, you will provide your full/business name, business email, phone number, payment information, and optionally, social media credentials. Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not use the platform to harm others, send illegal ads or spam, impersonate others, interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the platform, or disrupt the platform’s operations. Content created using our platform remains the property of the user/creator. Users must ensure that their content complies with local laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

ZAIDOUR does not offer any warranties or guarantees. While we strive for security, no software is 100% secure. We also assert that user data will not be sold.

8. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are subject to change and are exclusive of communication surcharges. Fees and communications surcharges are nonrefundable. Subscriptions may require a non-cancellable minimum commitment. Users are responsible for all taxes and governmental assessments associated with their use of our platform. Overdue amounts may result in suspension or termination of services. Disputes over charges must be reported within 60 days. All determinations regarding fees and charges are final.

9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations processed through our software will be refunded to the user’s chosen payment method at the time of purchase.
